This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use this website or contact us, why we collect it, who we share it with, and what rights you have over it. It applies to https://www.infinitystays.co.uk and to enquiries made through it.

Premium Estates Management Ltd, trading as Infinity Stays, is the data controller for the personal data described in this policy. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 16154833. Our registered office is 11151 182-184 High Street North, London, E6 2JA.

We are a member of Property Redress, membership number PRS055775.

You can contact us about anything in this policy at info@infinitystays.co.uk or by post at our registered office. Our ICO registration number is ZC213776.

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, email address and phone number, together with the details relevant to that form, for example a property address or postcode, the number of bedrooms, the property's current situation, a listing URL, your budget, the areas you are interested in, and any notes you choose to add. On the property assessment form you may also upload up to five photographs of the property.

Information we collect automatically. We record the IP address the submission came from. We use it to rate-limit the forms, which is how we stop automated abuse, and we store it alongside the submission. If you accept analytics cookies we also collect the usage data described in the cookies section below.

Information we do not collect. We do not ask for or store payment details, bank details, or any special category data through this website.

To respond to your enquiry. We use your contact details and the details of your property to assess it and get back to you. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form, and our legitimate interest in responding to people who ask us to.

To provide our services. If you go on to work with us, we use the same information to perform our agreement with you. Our lawful basis is performance of a contract.

To protect the website. We use IP addresses to rate-limit submissions and detect automated abuse. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in keeping the service available and free of spam.

To measure how the website performs. If you accept analytics cookies, we use analytics data to understand which pages are useful. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

To meet our legal obligations. We keep records where the law requires it, including for tax and for Property Redress. Our lawful basis is compliance with a legal obligation.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not add you to marketing lists you did not ask to join.

We use a small number of service providers who process personal data on our behalf, under contract and only on our instructions:

We keep enquiry records for as long as is necessary to deal with your enquiry and to pick up a conversation where it left off, and no longer.

Where you become a client, we keep records for as long as our legal, tax and redress-scheme obligations require after the end of our relationship.

Photographs you upload are kept only for as long as they are needed for the assessment, and are then deleted.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See your rights below.

When you first visit the site you are asked whether to accept analytics cookies. Accept and Reject are given equal prominence, and rejecting does not affect how the site works.

Nothing analytics-related loads until you accept. If you reject, or simply do not choose, no analytics or advertising scripts are loaded and no data is sent to Google or Meta.

You can change your decision at any time using the “Cookie preferences” link in the footer.

The site also uses a small number of strictly necessary cookies and local storage entries to remember your cookie choice and to keep the site working. These do not require consent.

Under UK data protection law you have the right to ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you; to have inaccurate data corrected; to have data erased; to restrict or object to how we use it; and to receive it in a portable format. Where we rely on your consent, you can withdraw it at any time. That does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it.

We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right.

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will make that clear on the site.
