We’ve operated properties in Leeds, Sheffield, Nottingham and Liverpool, and we source through agents and landlords in most major UK cities. If your property sits outside our current patch and it’s the right property, we’ll still look at it.

Cities our team has operated in before
Leeds. Sheffield. Nottingham. Liverpool. Different guest, different demand pattern, different council. A city-centre apartment in Leeds doesn’t earn the way a London flat does, and it isn’t run the same way either, the pricing calendar is different, the length of stay is different, the licensing position is different. We’ve learnt those markets the slow way rather than reading about them.

Birmingham. Oxford. Brighton. Bristol. Cambridge. And most major UK cities, because sourcing runs on relationships with agents and landlords, not on which city we happen to have an office in. Those relationships are how properties reach us before they reach a portal.
If you’re an owner, that’s why we can talk sensibly about your area even if we’re not currently running a property in it. If you’re an investor, it’s how we find you stock.
Your property isn’t in any of these. Now what?
Send it over anyway. We take properties on outside our current cities when the property is right, and ‘right’ means real year-round demand rather than six good weeks a year, a building and a lease that actually permit short lets, and a local cleaning and maintenance operation we can either use or build.
If those three things hold, distance isn’t the problem. If they don’t, we’ll say so, and if you’d genuinely be better off with someone based on your doorstep, we’ll tell you that too. We’d rather lose the enquiry than take on a property we can’t run properly from where we are.
